Default having a hard time getting back on track

Friday night I hosted a wine and cheese party. The combo of wine and cheese was a points nightmare, but we've been wanting to have this party since around thanksgiving, so we decided to do it.
Then Saturday my sister was in town from out of state and we went shopping.... we ate little ceasars and TCBY ice cream. So that was bad day #2.
Today was bad day #3. I worked out and tried to eat good, but I had such a hard time. I felt really hungry and it was probably because A) I didn't eat enough fruits and veggies and B) my body is getting used to eating more because of the last two day. The day wasn't horrible until we went to return a couple red box DVDs and ended up eating at McDonalds... grrrr. I haven't had McDonalds since December and boy was it good, but I went over my points for the week (including extra points and activity points).

I guess the good thing is I usually go to WW on Mon, but they are closed for the holiday tomorrow. I just wanted to vent on here because for some reason that usually makes me get back on track. Wish me luck tomorrow!

Hi Mandi,

You've come so far, and I hope you are officially "back on the wagon". Let us know how today went.

You can do it! I had a similar weekend. Saturday I went to Applebees for lunch and had a salad and Spinach Artichoke Dip. I was hungry for dinner and I went out to dinner at a pizza place and finished off an 8 inch pizza dipped in ranch dressing with pepsi. Sunday I ate whatever all day and went to Subway for lunch and certainly did not get a "fresh fit" meal. And what to do you know, yesterday, I was craving that pizza again and had another 8 inch pizza dipped in ranch... this time with a diet pepsi.
Today, I had an awesome day. It was really hard and I felt hungry all day.
You can do it. You have come SO far. It is soo hard to get back on when you've went off for a few days, but I have found, once I am back on-it is like i never fell off. You will be okay! I have faith that you had a great day today... have an awesome week, work hard, and let us know how your weigh in goes on Monday!

I'm sorry to hear that, but I'm sure you've heard this before: just keep going

Lately, I've had my days like that, too, and I just get back on the wagon. It's hard the frst day, but remind yourself WHY you're doing this for motivation

Good luck!
