Today is only my second day! I woke up extremely early this morning and I think I ate breakfast too early, which in turn made me eat my other meals early, and I was out of points and hungry. I don't think I will "plan" to use them. I used 4 today. During the week, I am so busy (work full time during the day, college at night) that I don't think I will have such a difficult time.
I also do not plan on using my exercise points. I am concerned with my first weigh in... I did lose 20 pounds on a diet of my own but have been maintaining for a few months, so I am concerned I won't have much of a loss. We shall see
