Flex Points
 
Do you all use your flex points? I am, for some odd reason, afraid of them. It is 6pm and I have had all 27 regular points already. I am only on day 2, and I absolutely refuse to screw this up... especially this early. I know I am going to be hungry around 8pm or so and would like to have a little snack but I am worried!!

I use my flex points if I am having a hungry day. That is what they are there for. I don't know how long you've been on WW, but you will need to experiment with respect to your body's tolerance for using Flex points and Exercise points.
I did one week where I ate all my Flex points and all of my Exercise points and lost NOTHING. I did one week when I ate all my Flex points, and lost a bit. I find the balance for me is to plan not to eat them, and then use the Flex points "just in case". I try not to eat my Exercise points. This works well for me!

Today is only my second day! I woke up extremely early this morning and I think I ate breakfast too early, which in turn made me eat my other meals early, and I was out of points and hungry. I don't think I will "plan" to use them. I used 4 today. During the week, I am so busy (work full time during the day, college at night) that I don't think I will have such a difficult time.
I also do not plan on using my exercise points. I am concerned with my first weigh in... I did lose 20 pounds on a diet of my own but have been maintaining for a few months, so I am concerned I won't have much of a loss. We shall see:) Thank you so much for your response!

As a rule, I don't use my flex points. I figure I don't always measure something exactly, or I may take a bit or lick of something I don't count, so I figure it kinda balances itself out. I also like to drink some beer during the week, so those are my "beer points" and it works for me! Like the others said, you just have to learn what works for you! Good luck!
