I'll be honest, at first I was a little bit skeptical about WW. Yesterday was my third weight-in and I lost 4.8 in just a week! My total so far is 6.6 in three weeks, I'm really happy with the program. The best part is that I don't feel like I'm dieting, I'm enjoying their recipes and making important changes in my lifestyle. I feel great! Thanks to everyone here as well, you guys are part of my motivation.
