I'm a newbie to the forum and to ww.
I'm looking at calculating points for some Gardenay Soup:
250 ml is 120 cal - 1.5g fat and 5g Fibre
so to calculate 500ml, do I just double the calories or do I double the fat and fibre too?
Also, is this online calculator accurate?
