I was actually really excited yesterday.

  • So these past two weeks I've been slacking. I only lost 1 pound per week, so two pounds. I know that still is really good, but I want to lose 2 pounds per week and I usually always did. I've just been lacking on working out because I havent been feeling great. So I was pretty bumed but i went anyway yesterday morning as usual and weighed in. The lady told me I had lost 25 pounds. I was really excited, especially when she gave me another keychain to put onto my 10 percent keychain. I didnt know they had that!

    I was wondering...at what other weights do you recieve little items like this?
  • I'd also like to know - when do you get these things? A lady at my first meeting last week had lost 11.2 lbs total and they said "you get another sticker!" or something, so that made me think, is it ever 5 you get a sticker, or...?
  • I don't do the meetings.. but I do think the stickers are at every 5lbs.. other than that I don't know.

    Congrats to you both on your progress! That is something to be very proud of!!
    2lbs a week is excellent, 1lb a week is great.. in the end though, any loss is progress and should be viewed as an accomplishment. Remember that this isn't just about weightloss (or shouldn't just be) it's also about changing our lives for the better, one step at a time. The bonus to a healthy lifestyle is a lower weight
