I don't do the meetings.. but I do think the stickers are at every 5lbs.. other than that I don't know.
Congrats to you both on your progress! That is something to be very proud of!!
2lbs a week is excellent, 1lb a week is great.. in the end though, any loss is progress and should be viewed as an accomplishment. Remember that this isn't just about weightloss (or shouldn't just be) it's also about changing our lives for the better, one step at a time. The bonus to a healthy lifestyle is a lower weight
