Default The plan while breastfeeding?
I just had a baby and need to lose the pregnancy pounds so I was thinking of doing the plan online. My question is can you calculate your points to do while breastfeeding?

yes, WW should have that information. not sure what it is now, but I think they added 5 points (way back when I did it).

there should be some information on the website about it.

I am still nursing but very infrequently. (I gave myself 1 extra point) If you are solely nursing then it is 10 pts and if supplemental then it is 5 pts.
