I went to my local wegman's.. well actually my parents. Theirs didn't have flax seed meal, I did purchase some wheat bran. When I run to My Wegman's next I will be picking some up then, they have it there! I have been adding the wheat bran to my yogurt. I'm still getting used to the texture, but I think I'll get through it!
