Default Unlimited fruits and veggies?

Just wondering: What do you think about staying OP otherwise, but eating unlimited fruits and veggies without counting the points (I realize that only starchy vegetables have points)? Has anyone tried it? Thanks for your reply.

I think for many vegetables, you can do that, although WW says it's 0 points for a cup. Fruits are a totally different story because of the sugar content. Most fruits have points associated with them. For example, a banana is 2 points; cup of strawberries is 1 points. Just some things to consider. Happy losing!

Domina, thanks for your sensible reply. I think I'll go heavy on the 0-point veggies and count those points for fruit -- less I get myself into some serious trouble on my scale!

Blessings,
