Default How many points can you maintain on?

I was just wondering what life after getting to goal will be like. Does everyone maintain on the recommended amounts? I'm at 24/25 pts a day (using the old plan, no flex points) to lose, but I'm hoping I can maintain on 30!

I don't think (unless WW has changed this) that there is a recommended maintenance amount.

My guess is that it's going to vary tremendously from person to person, and you'll only discover it when the time comes by watching the scale, and it may change over your lifetime. It's going to depend on a lot of things, like your activity level and age, and just your underlying metabolism.

I have maintained for four years on 9 points a day, rarely use my activity points.
I find Core foods so fulfilling in themselves and the list so huge and satisfying to me that 9 points are adequate for my extras like WW bread for toast and sandwiches, lf cheese or nuts.

Best of luck to you finding your point range for maintaining.

There actually is a recommended maintenance amount, and it is based on your age, weight, activity level, etc just like the amount of points you eat a day during loss is. My maintenance was always spot on with the points that WW recommended, and I would use flex points and activity points as well.
