My first weigh-in

  • So I joined Weight Watchers AGAIN last Sunday and I went to my first weigh-in this morning and I LOST 10 POUNDS!!!!!! I was so happy because I stuck to my plan all week and did lots of exercise. I hope from this point on i lose 2-5 pounds per week.

  • Wow girl!!! That's so awesome! What a huge confidence booster for you. Tomorrow is my "official" 1st weigh-in at my WW meeting so I'm super excited for it. I'm going to think light all day today, lol.

  • Awesome first week!! In the beginning you probably will lose a little more. Perhaps 2+ per week.

    Just keep in mind that it may not be that way forever on down to goal. Keep going and keep up the good habits!
