Points in book verses points on slider?
Just started today and I am trying to get a sense of point values in the foods I eat. For example the WW book lists Lettuce as 1 cup 0 points. My Pre-bagged of Romaine is 2 cups for 0 points (15 calories, 2 cups, 0 fat, 2 grams of fiber)
Which method should I use?
Rely on the nutritional information on the package?
Any help would be appreciated!
