Please do post them weekly..I am trying to get back in the swing of things..and can't seem to find the time to make it to the meetings with working on weekends and nursing school during the week. I would much apprecate them..Thanks in advance will keep monitoring.

Where will they be posted at..under which heading?

They will be posted under the main Weight Watchers discussion area with the heading "Weekly Topic Discussion #". There are a few past ones out there now that you may want to read.

Thank you so much for this post. I am one of those people who is very negative and if I messed up the day was ruined so I might as well forget it. I tend to be very hard on myself and feel like a failure if I make one mistake. These post have been helpful already and I look forward to continue receiving the encouragement needed to go this "life change" journey.

I can't afford to go to the meetings right now, so this information will be much appreciated. I started back on WW today and did well, but will continue to improve and keep better track of my points.
