Welcome, and congratulations on the loss. I'm trying to get back on-track. Got off track in August and as a result have gained about 5 lbs back from my best weight while being more on-track. Lately I start out with good intentions, but things happen and I just eat. I'm doing a terrible job of eating the right foods, watching portions, and keeping track.
If I still can't get back on in a couple weeks, I'm considering trying Core for a short time.
