Doing it anyway

  • so, tomorrow night is weigh in day. how do i think i did?

    honestly? i sort of blew it. i spent my points on not very nutritious food, and even used all my fp's. but, tomorrow is a first for me...

    i'm going to weigh in anyway.

    you know, bad weeks happen. we just have to kind of sigh and get over it. this is long term, of course i'm going to have set backs. just last meeting, a woman told a story of her 76 point day.

    76 point day.....I shudder to think how many of those I must have had along the way (not since starting WW though!).

  • *hugs* 76 points isn't even as hard as it sounds lol. I had jack in the box the other day and was surprised at myself when my lunch was over 40 pts. YOu can do it though, let us know

    yeah, so that pound i lost last week? i have it back.

    it's okay. i actually went and weighed and gained...and it's okay!

    it felt good just to go and get that support. and i was proud of myself for not chickening out. after the meeting, i went and bought some awesome eats at trader joe's.

    also, ww has these new "sides" out...they're a lot like the lipton side dishes, there's a chicken/herb pasta, a tomato parmesan pasta, and a spanish rice. the rice and the chicken herb pasta are 3 points per serving (half the package!) and the tomato parm is 4.

    i was beyond stoked.

    so, now i have the fridge stocked with things like kiwi and beets, chicken, and ff dressing for salad, and some low point goodies like meatless stuffed poblano peppers. i feel ready for the week ahead and i can't wait to get started.
