ok i'm back.
i like the lecturer and stuff has changed a bit...
gonna try to do flex with my beachy foods... which is what the lecturer does.
I get 26 points....
i weighed way more there than I do at home in the morning naked...

seems to be ok
i ate way more pizza that i normally would this week
and a big dessert on saturday night but my weight is holding...
i need to get back in the groove of swimming.
i see how i'm getting a bit away from SBD stuff eating the WW breads and yogurts but that seems like a small thing.....
