Gotta be accountable. breakfast: yog crunch brown sugar 5/5 .5 old fashioned small donut 4/9 lunch: salad large carrot -small dinner: meeting a group of frequent flyers in seattle at a bar, gosh, maybe even i'll imbibe :0 exercise: hard yoga class, gym water: better today good thing: first plant sale of the year :) :) |
When will the "click" return? I don't mean the journalling clique, I mean the "I can do this and eat within my points range" click.
