Joing WW today!!!! Very excited!!

  • I have decided that I need to do something about my weight before it gets even more out of control then it has. I have always said that when I reach 200lbs that I would lose weight and well now I am over that and need to do something. I figured weight watchers was my best option because it allows me to eat what I like but not over induldge like I aways do. My long term goal would be to lose about 75lbs but my 6month goal is about 30lbs. Hopefully I can accomplish this and I feel as thought with the support of everyone on here that I can def achieve my goal. Thanks for listening and any advice would be greatly appriecated.

    I am guessing that you are using Flex since you refer to the fact that you can eat what you would like, just not over induldge. I use Flex and love it!

    This place is an awesome resource for recipes, support, a place to rant and get lifted up when you are having a bad day or struggling with temptations. I am doing this at home without meetings, but I am pretty sure I wouldn't be as successful as I have been without the people here. Everyone here is super supportive and positive. When you have issues or trouble, we are here for you!
