I have decided that I need to do something about my weight before it gets even more out of control then it has. I have always said that when I reach 200lbs that I would lose weight and well now I am over that and need to do something. I figured weight watchers was my best option because it allows me to eat what I like but not over induldge like I aways do. My long term goal would be to lose about 75lbs but my 6month goal is about 30lbs. Hopefully I can accomplish this and I feel as thought with the support of everyone on here that I can def achieve my goal. Thanks for listening and any advice would be greatly appriecated.
