Laughing Cow is great, too. And very convenient because of the individually wrapped portions. Boursin cheese is more "mushy" for lack of a better word. I basically dip my crackers in it, but I could just as easily scoop it up with a spoon and chow down, it's so good!

I dont know about anyone else, but I just love the moz string cheese.
just 5 grams of fat per string!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the Kraft and Borden 2% cheese.. its all 1pt per slice I think they gave good american and mozzerella slices! yumyum! I cant tell the diff. between it and regular cheese
