Unfortunately, unless Nugget publishes their nutritionals, there is no way to know for sure. I'm a Nugget lover myself, but I always have to guesstimate (that being said...their green beans with pecorino from the deli are to DIE for).
You might try asking them, but they don't have the information posted online anywhere.
If the Orange Burst is the orange smoothie with the protein powder added, I know that they market it as having 50 grams of whey protein - right there, with no juice or any other ingredients than the protein powder, you have 200 calories (because protein has 4 calories per gram). And that's if they use an unsweetened, plain protein powder with nothing other than protein in it, which I don't think they do. Then you add the juice...probably at least a cup of orange juice...and other ingredients (forget what else is in it)...regardless, you have at least 300-400 calories in that drink, even if it consists only of plain protein powder and juice.
