Hey everyone!
I just stared WW this week, so I am really new at this. I simply love it, you guys have been a huge help!
My question is, I don't own a scale. They scare me to death.

So I want to set a goal for myself, but be realistic. So far I am staying within my points, and doing 30 minutes of elliptical machine a day. Is it realistic to think that by the end of the summer, if I stay on track, I will have lost ond dress size?
I know that alot depends on your body and such, I just don't want to set a goal that will leave me disappointed...
