Default Well...

I'm having the worst time and have been stress eating. Obviously I haven't been counting points period. Fortunately, I haven't gained much back, maybe a few pounds. Being so close to goal, I just feel like I'm sabotaging myself. I'm sure most have been here. How did you get back on track? I'm hoping my stress will be ending soon, but I feel like I've already done some damage with changing my eating habits.

I'm just digging my way out of this myself.
How did I get back in it? basically, I had to shake myself by the shoulders and slap myself across the face and tell myself to snap out of it.
I started reading, watching, living and breathing fitness and health again, just like I did in the beginning. I read books, articles, magazines, websites about healthy living. I watch documentaries about the damage fast food and junk food can do to your body/mind/psyche. I listen to things that are encouraging. I have immersed myself in the culture of health. For me when I surround myself with that I can't go off track. It might be a little bit brainwashing too

I was in the same boat and am slowly finding my way back. It seems like when you've been focused for so long and then fall off the wagon, it's even harder to get on. Probably because we're so hard on ourselves (or at least that's what it is in my case). I've found that I have to basically have the mind-set that I'm starting over again. It was hard in the beginning, so it will be hard again. But once you get past the first few days, you will be fine. It's not easy and there's no right or wrong way to get back on the wagon. You've just gotta do it.
