Default Your favorite ww recipe

I know there is a recipe section and there are sooooo many wonderful recipes to choose from.

I was just wondering what is your favorite? I am just starting so I am still very basic. I made the chili and loved it. Just looking to make some new things that are still low in points.

So lets dish what is your favorite dish? (ok, ok, I know, it is too early in the morning for corny humor )

Balsamic Chicken and Mushrooms. Quick and easy. I found this at "ricepezaar.com" but it said it was a WW recipe (4pts)

I absolutely love the Meatloaf muffins. I put chopped onions and red pepper and a tsp of ketchup on mine. And the Oriental green beans with a tsp soy sauce, tsp olive oil, and a clove of garlic. Yuuum.

You know Gemini, I use to not like mushrooms and the thought of balsamic vinegar made me gag. Now I love them. I am eating a lot of veggies now that I did not before, even Asparagus. Guess my taste buds have changed.

I love- and this isn't exactly a recipe- roasting veggies in my oven. Just slice 1/4" pieces of zucchini and squash, lay them flat in a Pyrex baking dish sprayed with olive oil, coat the tops lightly with olive oil, sprinkle them with sea salt and pepper (fresh-ground seems more gourmet) and pop them in the oven at 250 until they're soft. You can experiment with seasonings, too. They're even good cold as a snack!

kahnfv, I love asparagus now too! I just can't get past mushrooms for some reason. Maybe I'll give it a little longer and try them again!
