1st weigh in

  • I almost fell off the scale!

    I have been working hard and sticking to it exactly. I have also been doing 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week and walking 3 days a week. I know your first weigh in you lose more because of water weight etc. But when i got on the scale and the leaders eyes got big, she said, you lost 10.2 lb (my 10% goal is 26lbs)! I was soooo happy!

    I know next week will probably only be a few lbs, but this jump start was the motivation I needed.

  • Congrats! It feels great when you work really hard and it pays off! I am on a damn plateau trying to keep myself motivated but its hard. Congrats again on loosing that weight!
  • Wow awesome job! 10 pounds is HUGE! I don't think I'll lose that much on my first weigh in (this Saturday) because I've been losing on my own for a few months so I'm at a slower point. But I'd really be happy with anything.

    Anyway, congrats on the killer start!
