Lauren - It's 11:20 a.m. CST and you're probably in the dentist's chair as I type. I've said a prayer that the procedure will be short and painfree. I've never had a cavity (knock on wood), but I've heard enough dental horror stories that the thought of dental procedures gives me goosebumps! I hope it's going well for you.

Tammy fancy, I am happy to hear that you allowed yourself a little break this past week. Good for you! It is so easy to get caught up in all the things which must be done. As for myself, I treated myself to a movie and gave myself some days off from exercise. It was that time of the month and for some reason I had an extended period and I was really tired. So I gave myself extra rest. Enjoy your weekend away. Your husband is a keeper.

Lauren and Tammy fancy - It is wonderful to hear that your husbands are so supportive and loving. I am not convinced that I ever want to get married, but hearing good stories about marriage makes me slightly less cynical.

I'm trying to get back into the groove. I'm trying to drink all of my water and stay within my points. That's the most I can hope for. I had reached the point where I was drinking regular sodas again. You know you've reached the bottom when you get to that!

Tammy, your hubby sounds great. It's really nice to have someone so supportive. My husband is worried about my health but he isn't judgemental at all. That's the only kind of help that really works. I have 4 kids ages 10 through 3 and we went away for an overnight 2 weekends ago. It's great to be an adult for a while.

Lauren, sorry about that dentist thing. I haven't been in nine years. I have an appointment later this month. She'll probably put her kids through college on the amount of work I'll need done on my teeth. Evidently my kids have been staring at each other instead of brushing their teeth. My 7 year old and 3 year old both have 3 cavities. I have to take the younger one to a special pediatric dentist. I'm afraid what they will say about the 10 year old and 5 year old. I'd hate to have to brush their teeth myself.

Swan, there's nothing wrong with taking your time to find the right one to marry. There are an awful lot of duds out there! I was lucky enough to find one of the good ones too. There are still some out there for you if you are interested in marriage.

Dora, where are you hiding? Long time no talk! Yes, you read right, my little Madeline Rose has 3 cavities. This is going to be rough! How is your hubby's job going?

I weighed in Monday at 253 so it was slightly better than expected. I'm not sure how well I'm doing. I didn't have the time to exercise so far but I won't be weighing myself until Friday. I prefer to weigh myself on Fridays so I don't have to weigh any ugly weekend slips.
