Unhappy whimping out

I'm putting off my WW meeting tonight. I am so bloated, feel so "yuck", that i know WI won't be pleasant. (In fact, I cheated this morning and weighed-in at home, and was up about a lb and a half. ) I was only a pound away from my 10% last week, and I would be so bummed out to see a gain this week.

If TOM has passed by Wednesday, I'll catch a meeting then. Am I being melodramatic? If it were any other time, I probably wouldn't care so much if not for being so close to 10%.

I have to agree with Andrea. I've gone every week (besides two that I was out of town) even if I KNEW there was a gain. There is so much more to the meeting than the Weigh In. Please! Go!

I would go, it is always hard for me to drag myself there on weeks that I know I've had a gain due to TOM. Just think, next week you will have a great weightloss!!!
