My goal is 1 mile walking/aerobic video in the morning about ( 15 min ), 2 mile walking/aerobic video in the evening about ( 30 min) Monday through Friday. Saturday I food shop for at least 2 hours so I do tons of walking then. I have been told the body needs one day off a week so Sunday will be my day off. Plus resistance training Monday, Wednesday and Friday about ( 40 min each time ). Takes me that long to do the resistance exercises depending on what routine I am doing lol.

Edited to add that I slipped on ice on my stairs on 3-3 so I've been out of commission - but happy to report that I was able to start back up again last night! March 1 - rest 2 - rest 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 45 mins at the gym - 2 miles on resistance bike; 30 minutes on treadmill which included some jogging; 100 reps on the windresistance machine 11 - 1 hour 15 mins at gym - 1 mile on resistance bike; 2 miles, 40 mins on treadmill including 2 minutes of jogging; 100 reps on the windresistance machine; some weight resistance on a machine I have no clue what it was and some sit up crunch with weight resistance 12 - rest I hope to get something in tonight but Weds/Thurs I work 2 jobs so these days are tough to get some extra in 13 - 14 -1 hour brisk walk w/my friend 15 - 2 hrs yard work including raking and picking up sticks 16 - rest 17 -45 minutes at gym, treadmill, resistant bike and windracer machine 18 - 19 - 20 - 21 - 22 - 23 - 24 - 1 hour at gym, treadmill, resistant bike, windracer machine, weights, crunches 25 - 26 - 27 - 28 - 29 - 30 - 31 - |

Started WW on 3/3 -- 3- 30 minutes on treadmill -- even did a little running 4 - 30 minutes on treadmill 5 - 30 minutes on treadmill 6 - 30 minutes on treadmill -- with a bit of running 7 - 30 minutes on treadmill -- with running 8 - Nite off (planned!!) 9 - 30 minutes on treadmill 10 - 30 minutes on treadmill (I'm starting to sound boring, but I really don't mind it!!) 11 - 36 minutes on treadmill (I was watching the biggest loser and thought it would be crazy to get off at 30 minutes to go sit on the bed to watch the rest of a weight loss show!!) 12 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 17 - 18 - 19 - 20 - 21 - 22 - 23 - 24 - 25 - 26 - 27 - 28 - 29 - 30 - 31 - |
