My goal is 1 mile walking/aerobic video in the morning about ( 15 min ), 2 mile walking/aerobic video in the evening about ( 30 min) Monday through Friday. Saturday I food shop for at least 2 hours so I do tons of walking then. I have been told the body needs one day off a week so Sunday will be my day off. Plus resistance training Monday, Wednesday and Friday about ( 40 min each time ). Takes me that long to do the resistance exercises depending on what routine I am doing lol.

Grabbing a spot - THANKS BEACH BUM!!! Now I'll have a visual to see my workout times and hopefully up it this month!

Edited to add that I slipped on ice on my stairs on 3-3 so I've been out of commission - but happy to report that I was able to start back up again last night!

Okay, I'm with you!!

Started WW on 3/3 --
3- 30 minutes on treadmill -- even did a little running
4 - 30 minutes on treadmill

6 - 30 minutes on treadmill -- with a bit of running
7 - 30 minutes on treadmill -- with running
8 - Nite off (planned!!)

10 - 30 minutes on treadmill (I'm starting to sound boring, but I really don't mind it!!)
