6. 35 minutes on the stamina bike
7. 40 minutes bike 20 minutes upper body
8. rest
11. 20 minute samina bike
12 30 minute stamina bike

Go back into your post via the edit button that is in the right hand bottom corner of your post and add your excrcise whenever you have it
