Default Limit to activity points per day?

Is there a limit to how many activity points a person can earn per day? Also, does anyone use a heart rate monitor to judge how high thier intensity is? I just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly, and I don't always trust myself. What feels hardcore may not be that way

thks,

The only thing I have seen is that you should be aiming for no more than 28 activity points per week.

You can use a heart rate monitor to judge intensity. I'm going to send you to an article on the WW site to figure out what your level would be:
