  • Hi everyone and happy lincoln's bd (my bros too ) and fat tuesday/shrove tuesday and sunny tuesday and day before humpday......

    um. i'll post my woes on the tfl thread, but hey its sunny and cold here.

    exercise: 60 min yoga, , 30 min dog putter in the freezing cold

    Total: 25 (a little over my 18-23 point range but not as bad as I thought)

    Been over a lot this week. I hope I don't gain too much in my WI tomorrow. I'm dreading it.

    okay, all together now.

    i am a cranky puss and the weight should be scared of me.

    so, excess fluff pounds, be gone.

    repeat three times, drink a 24 oz. bottle of water and spin three times around in your ergonomically correct "task" chair.
    well, it was a try.

    perhaps the boca burgers are too high in sodium?

    it'll be gone by next week.
