I just joined weight watchers 2 weeks ago. It took me a long time to decide to go back because of the new way of doing it. The points. I know 3 people who this did not work for.
But I am down 7 pounds already. Yeah for me. I feel great about it. I know I can do it this time.

Both of you are doing great. Are you all just doing the points or anything special? This is my 5th week and I have only lost 2 - 3 lbs... it was 3 then i gained 1 back... What type of exercise? Keep up the good work...

1day@aTime, you are doing well also. Think it depends on how much you have to lose. I am doing points and also watching my fat consumption.
Have been on the treadmill every day for 45 minutes to an hour so that helps too.
Think WW is a reasonable way to lose weight. Good luck

I started with WW in October 2001. I have lost 20 pounds so far. I love this way of eating. I have about 10 pounds to go to get to goal and then the hard part of maintaining my new weight. I was telling my husband this morning that I have not weighed this much since before my first child was born 11 years ago. Yikes!!!
