I know the rules of almost every diet and have tried almost all of them which has gotten me nowhere. I realize that ww is the healthiest and fits my lifestyle better than any other. I do realize that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet. I have about 30lbs to lose and am so ready for the challenge!!! I hope to be a regular poster on this forum.thanks for letting me rant a little!!
