Are you still losing weight doing Flex on its own? I think the general idea is if it ain't broke, don't fix it -- from what I gather the wendie plan is great for shaking things up and breaking through a plateau, but other than that, your regular plan works just fine. Then again, I've seen people say they love it because it mimics the real-life day-to-day rollercoaster of how much we eat (a lot one day, not so much the next) and they find it's more sustainable.

I like the calm and predictability of the regular Flex plan with its safety net for occasional splurges... Wendie takes the flexibility of the 35 extra weekly points and tells you what to do with them, thereby removing all hope of flexibility except through those earnable APs.
