Default Anyone currently doing Wendie Plan?

I've lost 33 pounds so far on Flex Plan. After the holidays( after eating like the world was coming to an end) I was thinking of doing the Wendie Plan.

Are you still losing weight doing Flex on its own? I think the general idea is if it ain't broke, don't fix it -- from what I gather the wendie plan is great for shaking things up and breaking through a plateau, but other than that, your regular plan works just fine. Then again, I've seen people say they love it because it mimics the real-life day-to-day rollercoaster of how much we eat (a lot one day, not so much the next) and they find it's more sustainable.

I'm not one I like the calm and predictability of the regular Flex plan with its safety net for occasional splurges... Wendie takes the flexibility of the 35 extra weekly points and tells you what to do with them, thereby removing all hope of flexibility except through those earnable APs.

FYI I love Wendie to death but her plan is no different than the FlexPlan. You just need to vary your points day to day. She came up with the concept before W/W did.

The thing is that since I ate so much during the holidays, that I thought I would wean myself back to my points for a week or so doing the Wendie method.

Well, if you look at it, you're not getting *more* points per week with the Wendie plan, or else it wouldn't work. It's just a specific way of allocating your weekly flex points. There's no harm in trying it, though!! Go for it

What, exactly, is the Wendie plan?
