Default jUST A LITTLE CONFUSING

Hey everyone,
This is my 1st week at it, not to bad just a little confused on how to group my foods, but let me tell you I LIKE IT. Do you eat all the time to?
She said eat or don't loose, and boy do I eat alot! Hope to loose some and not gain. Hope you all have a great week. Weigh in Tuesday night, will let you know the results-God Bless,

I eat all the time too!

What do you mean a "little confused on how to group my foods" ?
Is there something we can help you with?

Good luck on the plan it work great you just have to stick with it!

Hi and welcome chubby granny! I'm new, too, and had the same issues with feeling like I was eating ALL THE TIME! LOL! I just started last week, and three days into it I was so panicked about the constant need to eat (not out of hunger, but to get in all 23 of those points) that I did an early weigh-in, just to make sure I was doing it right...and I'd lost 3 pounds! We'll see if that turns out to be the final number (WI day is Weds) but at least I can relax about all the eating!

Also of note: already my energy level is through the ROOF, and today I woke up hungry (I'm not a breakfast person) for the first time since I was a kid. This eating healthy thing -- I don't like to call it a "diet" -- is pretty cool!

Big day tomorrow, I'm so excited.We weigh in @5.30 pm I just know by then i'll have two meals on my rear end to contend with, and 6 glasses of water.Still I can't wait, you guys are such an encouragement- thanks for all the help.Having a little trouble getting my menus set up where I get all my fruits and vegies in' and don't want to appear so stupid but how much protein do you need to eat?(or have to). Will get in touch tomorrow after scales. Luck to you all this week.PS: love the 100 cal Special K snack bites. Angie
