Hi and welcome chubby granny! I'm new, too, and had the same issues with feeling like I was eating ALL THE TIME! LOL! I just started last week, and three days into it I was so panicked about the constant need to eat (not out of hunger, but to get in all 23 of those points) that I did an early weigh-in, just to make sure I was doing it right...and I'd lost 3 pounds! We'll see if that turns out to be the final number (WI day is Weds) but at least I can relax about all the eating!
Also of note: already my energy level is through the ROOF, and today I woke up hungry (I'm not a breakfast person) for the first time since I was a kid. This eating healthy thing -- I don't like to call it a "diet" -- is pretty cool!
