breakfast: quaker crunchy corn 2 coffee snack: cookies i made for donut day 4/6 brownie 4/10 lunch: tortilla soup 1/11 cheeps 3/14 salad 0/14 snack: jr mints 3/17 light popcorn -salt free 3.5/20.5 not leaving me much leeway this evening eh? dinner: left over tenderloin (3), couscous (3) and asparagus (0) and some other veggie exercise: 45 min hilly bike ride at gym dog putter, maybe twice to get some more activity points water: yup, getting it in |
