Hi,
Reverse banking is when you've gone over points and you eat lower in your range for a few days to make up for it. Most people only do it in an emergency because it's really easy to end up chronically going over points and never really catching up. It's also not "officially" sanctioned by WW, if I remember correctly, because it is so easy to get off track when you do it on a regular basis.
