Morning 5 3/4 bagel, cof, fruit Midday - 5 home for lunch - bites of meatloaf - 3, bite pasta - 1, fruit - 1 Evening - 15 home drink - 2, appetizer shrimp / yellow tail scrapings sauteed in mustard/oil/lemon/spices - 5, carrot/squash puree soup - 3, 2 oz ahi in bit of oil - 4, fruit - 1 Total - 25 exercise - 3 pts act |

let me reconstruct yesterday. breakfast: allbran blueberry muffins 4/4 coffee lunch: english muffin 2/6 laughing cow cheese 1/7 0 pt soup morningstar better than burger or somesuch 1/8 snack: just 2 pts 2/10 coffee 1/11 dinner: english muffin 3/14 stilton cheese 3/17 chutney 1/18 artichoke snack after workout: apple 1/19 peanut butter (1 T) 2/21 exercise: gym- run 2.5 miles, moderate dog putter water: 48 oz or so vitamin: si,si |
good thing I also keep an Excel spreadsheet journal!! :)
