Know what I think? I think it's only one Point one way or the other so why not err on the positive side and count two slices as one Point and not four slices as one Point. We're in this thing to learn portion control, no? We must learn to eat like thin people. Thin people don't pop four slices of toast in the morning just because they can.
As with all high-fiber, low "point" foods, we must keep this in mind: What do we learn if we continue to "stuff" ourselves although we are still within our "Points"?
