
i started doing WW at home on my own last Saturday (so this is my 6th day). i started at 211 lbs. Today i weighed in at 204! That's a 7 lb loss in less than a week! i'm not complaining or anything, but i thought you were supposed to lose 1-2 lbs per week. Why am i losing so fast? Is this just water weight? Am i just blessed? i've really not changed my diet too much. i'm just not snacking like i used to. i'm stumped
but happy anyway
