Default Indian Food?

I'm possibly going out to an Indian restaurant, sometime today or tomorrow, that serves Indian food. It's in Atlanta, and called Haveli's.

I have no idea what the menu is like, and I'm not particularly knowledgeable about Indian food. Speaking just in general, does anyone know relatively healthy choices to make?

Tandor or Tandori Chicken, Tikki chicken,
Any dish of veggies where the sauce is not cream--usually a menu
will elaborate on the dish and what it contains.
Also, the rice pilafs at Indian restaurants seem very delicious as in plenty of oil--I think I would stay away from the rice and eat nan bread instead.
Good luck. I think you will find the food delicious.

The sausages are higher in points. I'd stay away from creamy sauces. The tea is great for dessert and you might be able to abstain from the pastry desserts.
