Ok TOM is almost here (within a couple of days) and I get sooooooo hungry for the couple of days before and the first couple of days of TOM. Today is only Tuesday and I've already used up 10 of my flex points. I have been only using about 10 for the whole week! I plan everything out for the day (alot of low point foods) and I feel like I have been eating constantly all day long but I am still craving and wanting even though I'm eating so much and my stomach is growling! I have used points to allow for the sweet tooth (100 calorie pack here or there) and extra serving at supper one night but I am going nuts! I feel like I'm eating too much and I don't want to show a gain when I weigh in on Saturday. This is my 3rd week on WW so this is the first time I've had to deal with TOM and staying on plan. I used to eat anything and everything I wanted without reguard. Any advice or words of wisdom sure would be appreciated here. Does anyone else go through this or am I just weird?
