okay here's the damage minus attempting to figure out points (Myra you are such a model of restraint...)

1 slice pepperoni/sausage pizza
garlic calzone
vodka/grapefruit juice
teeny white russian
sliver cheesecake/blob of choc cream pie (w/FF CoolWhip!)
sip of raspberry wine

exercise: dancing in the living room/washing dishes

1/2 croissant and jam - 4, 1/2 apple - 1, cof - 1

Midday (7)
sushi - 2, chicken teri - 5

Evening (19)
wine - 4, veal scallopini - 10, dessert - 5

Total - 32 - 5 = 27

Exercise - 5 pts earned and used
