I think the personal trainer is a wonderful idea, and if you can afford it a fantastic investment.
I was just wondering if a "budget" or "co-op" trainer would work almost as well. I was thinking that when hubby and I exercise together, we usually stop as soon as one of us wants to quit. However, I wonder if it would work better, if we did seperate workouts, and acted as each other's personal trainer.
Hm, I'd definitely have to toughen up, as I think I could get mad at hubby for pushing too hard, and would be too lenient on him as well. My youngest sister (dietician and inspector for the health department) would make an excellent personal trainer, but she lives 5 hours a way.
Maybe I'll ask her to act as personal trainer while we're visiting next week.
