just as I thought, I gained last week - I gained 2.8lb/1.3kg... I am not surprised, and I know exactly where i went wrong, so I guess that I can't really complain! Ironically last night's meeting was about viewing gain's not as a negative, but as something to learn from....
I am going to try the core plan this week....... I'm almost scared about it!

We had a substitute leader today, and she really likes Core--that was all she talked about, lol. She said she did Flex to lose her weight, then when she went through WW training she had to do a week of Core and she lost 6 pounds after that week! I want to try it but I have to find the time.

Last Week I Gained 1.4 Pounds...today I Weighed And I Lost 3.6...it Was A Great Feeling Today..i Know Where I Went Wrong Last Week..i Agree Use It As A Learning Tool..i Have Never Tried Core...let Us Know How It Goes!
