corned beef hash - 6, small portion pancake - 2, bacon - 2, fruit - 1, 1/2 croisant - 3, bread - 2

Dinner(11)
soup - 1, chicken sandwich - 6, skinny cow - 2, pudding - 2
need to take a walk to cool out. - but never got to.

Totakl - 31 need to rein this eating in.
Water - will try

I wish I was in LA. Here in NY we had snow and it was real cold. Big change from just a few days ago when it was in the 70s here too.

Couldn't stop munching all day. Hopefully I will be in more control tomorrow.
