I wanna join too!! We went to the zoo today and this evening I started going through pictures that we took on our little trip. Wow! I knew I was big - but I didn't know I was HUGE!!! Here goes...I'm off to walk!!!

I get my cast off on May 1st and can start walking again! Coincicdence? I think not. I would love to join in!! I am aiming for 1000 minutes of walking in May.
(Okay, now someone who knows what they are doing give me a clue as to how to post my updates and such) Can you tell I'm new around here?
OK I'm in too... I am part of the memorial day weight loss challenge too - but have been hitting a plateau - maybe this will get me back up and going. Count me in for say 700 min - that's 30 mins a day for 25 days - gotta have off days factored in... ;-)
May 1st: 30 min / walk/run - working towards a 20 min all run program.
I'm in, but I'll say cardio instead of walking. 600 minutes of cardio - with heart rate pumping at 80% max or higher. I got lots to lose my friends....
