Hello everyone!
I'm new to 3FC! I have done Weight Watchers before and was successful. But then I started to feel comfortable and gained back all the weight I had lost and then some. Also I'm an emotional eater!

I eat when stressed out, worried and sometimes...boredom. I recently joined again and this time I want to lose the weight and keep it off! I'll be going to Hawaii in August, and I would like to lose 30 lbs by then. I have 4 months to go! Yikes! I start working with a personal trainer on Monday. Help! I need to stay motivated! Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thank you!
