Looking for support!
Hello everyone!
I'm new to 3FC! I have done Weight Watchers before and was successful. But then I started to feel comfortable and gained back all the weight I had lost and then some. Also I'm an emotional eater! :( I eat when stressed out, worried and sometimes...boredom. I recently joined again and this time I want to lose the weight and keep it off! I'll be going to Hawaii in August, and I would like to lose 30 lbs by then. I have 4 months to go! Yikes! I start working with a personal trainer on Monday. Help! I need to stay motivated! Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thank you! :) |
Hey WW Dolly, Love your pin-up girl!! Support is important and I have hit a plateau and have stayed at 158 for four weigh-ins in a row!! How frustrating!! 30 lbs is not out of line for 4 months. Look at me talk, staying the same for a whole month! Set some attainable goals for yourself, and consider pre-paying for WW meetings. Hope to hear from you. I am all the way accross the contenient in Nova Scotia Canada, but all our problems are the same. Keep in touch, Sylvia
