Smile Hi I'm new and looking for support 100+ to lose

Hi everyone,

i am a big believer in weight watchers. I have lost weight on it before and I feel it is the healthiest weight loss program out there. However, I have been through a difficult marriage and 2 pregnancies later I find meself 100lbs over weight! How did that happen. anyways I would appreciate the support from those who have been there and have succeeded.

Talking

Butterflfydawn......I too am roughly new, so hello and welcome. I joined last Thursday and so far I am doing great which is a record for me. Usually by the second day of my diet I am pigging out at some restaurant. I have a stronger will this time around. I've made several ww recipes at home and stored some in my freezer so that will help a ton. Also, I've walked my dog everyday for 30 minutes. Best of luck to you, and I look forward to "seeing" you around and growing smaller!

Hi Butterfly,
I too have lost weight on WW in the past and have returned. The last time I lost it was for my son's wedding, as soon as I bought the dress, that was it I could not loose anymore. That was just about at the same weight I am now, but this time I am doing it for me, not for anyone or anything else. I feel better than I have in a long time. It is coming off slowly, I been back to WW since January 2006. But you know what they say "if it comes off slow it stays off longer". Well this time I'll going to make goal and keep it off.

Good luck to you, you have obviously been dealing with a lot. It is time again to take care of yourself.

You're definitely not in it alone! I just began 3 days ago. Although I'm not officially a WW member, I'm following the plan (possibly an old plan). I've been a member in the past and did very well. Unfortunately life gets hectic and my will to become healthy flew out the window. I have over 100 to lose as well. I feel this site could be my support group as opposed to going to weekly meetings. We'll all be there to support each other, you can count on me to be there for support or a shoulder to cry on!

Welcome Butterflydawn!! As the others have mentioned already, you are not alone. I've been on WW since September and am doing fairly well. It's hard at times not to get down on yourself, however, you can make it through. What helps me the most is my support system. Friends and family that support me on my journey every day. Not to mention the extended family I've gained as a 3FC member!

You can do it. We all can!!

Take Care!

Welcome and good luck to everyone! Come on over to the Thursday Chatters Thread and the Thursday Weigh In Threads. We don't all weigh in on Thursday, but it's a supportive group no matter when (or if) you weigh!!

Welcome ~ and congrats for returning to WW. I too am a "return to WW gal" - I tried all of the other fad diets and even though they do work for some people they did not work for me. My heart was always steering back towards WW. Good Luck.... ((((hugs))))
