Okay today is day 2 and I have done soo well! I havn't been hungry and I feel great, my doc is monitoring my progress, I have to go see him every 2 weeks and he has me on fat blockers and a appetite suppressant, called phentermine. I feel on top of the world, I am going to try not to weigh until I go back to the doc! Just wanted to say that I am doing great, and I highly reccomend this diet to anyone wanting to lose weight a easy and healty way!
